Little Gem Charm Hotel - 77780 Tulum

We only stayed one night and we can't wait to come back. It's truly a little hidden gem. Loved the private feel of the enclosed pool yard and design style. Pretty new hotel with every detail thought out and designed beautifully. Above all, the staff is amazing, very friendly and extremely helpful. Feel like old friends! Very very boutique and exclusive feel throughout. Thanks again for having us and a special thanks to Mayumi ❤️ she even offered to drive us to playa del Carmen upon having a hard time finding an available taxi for us!

Perfect stay. Nice and modern rooms with a little fridge and balcony. The pool was also nice. But the best was the team. Those guys from the reception are just great! Friendly, kind & helpful in every way! (Everyone but especially Dario) We can definitly can recommend this to everyone! Little Gem - the name is programm!

Such an amazing stay. Have been to several places in Tulum and this hotel is hands down the best experience I have had. The rooms are so nice and the hotel staff is extremely accommodating. Would highly recommend. :)

This hotel… made our experience absolutely amazing. Definitely didn’t know what to make of it when we arrived (the roads leading to the hotel are pretty rocky and unpaved) but once you open the door - BAM, an oasis. I’ve stayed in so many different tiers of hotels on vacations, and Little Gem Hotel ~ no lie ~ might be one of the most well rounded hotels I’ve ever been to. All of the staff, specifically Mr. Roman Ramirez, we’re OUTSTANDING. He single handedly made our trip so much easier than it should’ve been through kindness and assistance. He just wanted us to be happy and he was so kind and personable. What a guy. Without him, the whole trip to Tulum would’ve been completely different (for the worse). Our taxi to the Cancun airport cancelled on us 5 minutes before “pickup” and we had spent all of our pesos, given it was the last day. Within five minutes he ordered us a taxi that specifically took credit cards and we were on our way. My suitcase exploded - he gave me duck tape to shut it. Just… exceptional service. The location of the hotel forces you to engage with the city of Tulum, and you’ll leave happy that you did. If we had stayed at a beach resort we honestly never would have left the resort or the beach in general. At this hotel we rented an ATV for $80 and would trek through the beautiful town. It was such a fun addition to the trip, and I truly left the city knowing I had seen it all! Basically, BOOK THIS HOTEL. My summary: Service: 10/10 Location: 8/10 (the roads.. w/ an ATV 10/10) Rooms: 9/10 Value: 10/10 Would I recommend? 10/10 Will I visit again? 10/10 Thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent from the start. About the hotel: it's new, modernly furnished & very nice in every way! The rooms are very spacious and on the balcony you can have a beer or review the day at any time. The pool area is cleaned every day and you can relax and swim in the pool after a busy day. The bicycles (free of charge) are always available. They have always been functional and in good condition! About the staff: What made our stay really great, in addition to the beautiful hotel, was the wonderful & always enormously friendly & helpful staff. And not only the reception staff, but also the room service - who cleaned our clothes on request - and the pool staff. ALL of them were so friendly and helpful to us throughout our stay that after a short time we no longer felt like we were in a conventional hotel. Conclusion: The stay was perfect! And above all, it was a pleasure to make the acquaintance with this excellent staff! Thank you very much! PS.: and a Special Thanks to Dario!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My best friend and I stayed at Little Gem back in December and we had the most phenomenal experience. All of the staff are amazing, friendly and super helpful. Dario was one of a kind there, he really helped us out with directions to getting to the beach (it is a good bike ride away so prepare for that), setting us up in our room, recommendations, setting up our cenote experience, setting us up with our bikes, covid testing for travel back home and truly just being an overall genuine guy. It was very clean, such a beautiful hotel in a neighborhood of Tulum. All in all, my best friend and I truly had an amazing experience and we hope to be back soon. Little Gem really is what the name says, a Little Gem.

We stayed 14 days in Mexico and this was by far the best hotel we stayed in. We stayed here for two nights. The place is quiet, the rooms are really nice (modern, clean, well equipped) and the pool is really nice. It's pretty easy to park as well. There are bikes that we rented (for free) to discover the surroundings. Special thanks to the staff ! Everyone was super helpful, friendly and nice. That definitely contributed to the great experience we had.

Little Gem hotel has amazing service for a very reasonable price! Free use of the bikes. Coffee and teas are provided, they also have a little machine to brew coffee or to have hot water. The bathroom is spacious. There's a safe to keep your important things. Outside is hot during the day but very breezy after sunset. There were places to eat, a co-working space, and a gym/yoga nearby (one or two blocks away). It's 10 minutes driving to downtown which isn't bad, but if you don't have a car, then it's pretty far. Location a 4 star just because the roads weren't paved and the fact that you need a car to get to places. Overall experience is a 5!
