Liverpool - 77712 Playa del Carmen

This Liverpool store has the same products as any other store. I'm not saying this as a bad thing, on the contrary, that is a real strength because you don't have to go all the way to cancun to find an specific item you are looking for. People here are not as kind in Cancun or in a more vacation oriented place, like the hotel zone, but they are ok. Just because of that I'm giving this Liverpool 4 out if 5 stars. Also a strong point of this (I don't know if it's the only one near this place) it has a pet friendly cafe. You can come and eat breakfast, have a meal or dine with your dog.

Very upscale department store, the only one in Playa Del Carmen. Find a lot of Exapt things like Cadbury Eggs Candies and Recliner chairs. Typically things are on the more expensive side for Mexico prices, but the arrive is very attentive, they have a large selection of goods and they deliver. Try to hit them during a sale to get the best of everything. Great for men's, women's clothing, shoes, accessories, candy and fancy chocolates & bubble tea, electronics, furniture and bath. Think Macy's adjacent.

First time here with my husband & puppy. Inside customer service & Inside security staff where great. No complaints there. Puppies are not allowed in Liverpool so we take turns shopping while one of us waits in the truck with the dog. Liverpool's Outdoor Mobile security seems to have an issue with this from what my husband just relayed to me. To the point of their outdoor armed security goon attempting to intimidate my husband by staring down at him in an intimidating condescending manner while on foot from behind & in front of his vehicle. Which happens to be very nice unmarked government vehicle; his work vehicle. Then walking past my husband's vehicle staring down at him in an intimidating manner. Your security should possess a skill called Situational Awareness & Profiling. Since they obviously do not possess these skills then they should not be in possession of deadly firearms nor working to "protect" the....what is it again that they do? Because this I'm sharing is not what a so-called professional security specialist should be engaging in. So only 3 stars only do to this experience.

Macy's like store with everything one could want. We loved the furniture there. Everyone is friendly and they are doing Covid precautions! Plus I love the well it parking lot with security!

Liverpool is an upscale department store. They are good for that if that is what you're looking for. Brands range from premium to causal on US standards. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of a 5 star was I couldn't find a computer monitor that fit my budget and a USB-C docking station. Both are hard to find items in Mexico in general.

There is a most charming employee named Ever from appliance department who came to assist us to buy a smartphone in the cellular department, because he could speak English and our Spanish is weak. He deserves a raise and recognition for excellent customer support.

Great department store for furnishing your home with quality products. Customer service is above average as well as their prices, however there are frequent sales on everything so there is no need to pay full price unless you have to have an item immediately. Wonderful cafeteria with reasonable prices.

Furnishing a new condo in town. This is a basic american department store type place, but we found a great bed, outdoor furniture and decor items. Best of all was Ever, the wonderful staff member who is fluent in English and happy to help. ??✅
