★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles was matig, in vergelijk met andere aanbieders. De boot niet zo mooi, de gids wist niks en sprak enkel Spaans, de prijs was pittig.
Everything was mediocre, compared to other providers. The boat was not very nice, the guide knew nothing and only spoke Spanish, the price was steep.

The very friendly, respectful guide explained in detail each place we visited, the time of the tour was just as agreed. The price was the one handled by all the agencies. The pontoon clean, comfortable and generally in good condition

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención desde que llegamos a Laguna de Bacalar.
El recorrido muy bonito, el chico va explicando un poco de la historia de cada lugar, la llaman la laguna de los siete colores porque dependiendo la profundidad de cada pozo es el tono del agua, y luego te lleva a dos sitios dentro de la misma laguna donde puedes bajar a nadar ya que no son profundos, una pequeña observación... Que el chico sonría un poquito no estaría de más parecía que íbamos con un sargento y no con un guía de turistas??
Very good attention since we arrived at Laguna de Bacalar.
The tour is very nice, the boy explains a bit of the history of each place, they call it the lagoon of the seven colors because depending on the depth of each well it is the color of the water, and then he takes you to two places within it lagoon where you can go down to swim since they are not deep, a small observation... If the boy smiles a little it would not hurt it seemed that we were going with a sergeant and not with a tour guide??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The boat tour is nothing special. You tour around and spend a few minutes in the water and then continue to the next spot. There are no English guides so i didn't understand much of what was said during the tour. Still you can't expect much for 15 bucks. All in all it's OK for the price. The tour took around 2 hours
