La calidad de los materiales es realmente buena e hicieron la entrega en cajas pequeñas para poder transportarlas con más facilidad. Bueno por eso, malo por el medio ambiente. Las entregaron una semana antes de la fecha estipulada, cosa que sinceramente agradezco.
Durante todo el proceso de venta me atendió Imelda Flores y fue una persona muy profesional, amable y sobre todo paciente. Quedé sumamente satisfecha tanto con la atención como con el producto final. Sin lugar a dudas los recomendaría y volvería a trabajar con ellos. El único detalle que tuve fue con la entrega, el chofer se perdió y como estaba hablando por teléfono no lo podíamos contactar, sin embargo todo lo demás excelente.
I sent out 200 notebooks providing my design and they remained as I imagined them. The quality of the materials is really good and they were delivered in small boxes to be able to transport them more easily. Good for that, bad for the environment. They delivered them a week before the stipulated date, which I sincerely appreciate.
Throughout the sale process Imelda Flores attended to me and she was a very professional, friendly and above all patient person. I was extremely satisfied with both the care and the final product. I would definitely recommend them and would work with them again. The only detail I had was with the delivery, the driver was lost and since he was talking on the phone we could not contact him, however everything else was excellent.
