LUV Tulum - Tulum Beach

This place is incredible. We loved how open and private this place is...Best Beach location is for sure, the BLVD is always fun watching beautiful people. Breakfast is to die for, Everything homemade. Leo and Mauricio couldn't be more Mexican and friendly. 5 Stars means Location, Service, and definitely definitely the rooms and views. This place was better than I could've hoped for. I was worried about not having AC but I didn't miss it one bit. Falling asleep with the windows open to the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. Then waking up to the beautiful sunrise was even better. The location is beautiful and quiet, and the food, drinks and service was amazing. I definitely want to go back ASAP!

We have been there from January 21st to 31st, in 2 rooms (Mar & Aguas) with a direct view on the beach and ocean. The rooms were simple, extremely well cleaned every day but with nearly no furniture (beds were confortable and huge). Space was big (35m² and 45m²), lightning could be improved. At this time of the year evenings could be cold (and the rooms cannot be heated) and the wind blowing was quite noisy but at least it was natural. Somedays, we could hear a remote boom boom but it was OK (there are so many hotels on the beach with so much music coming from nearby restaurants and bars that it is impossible to sleep). On the beach it is possible to have breakfast (continental breakfast is included in the price), simple but good (eggs are to be paid). We never had diner there but sometimes lunches and it was always very good (salads, grilled fish, ceviche, fruits) and not too expensive. We paid around 300USD/night/room directly to the hotel so far from the prices shown by Booking (??)

I highly recommend this hotel. It is a haven of peace 5m walk from the party while being very calm with a magical setting.The service is perfect and the people who work there are fantastic.The manager and the boss are amazing ! welcoming and kind.The waiters and receptionists are very caring. It was our first trip to Tulum and we could not have chosen a better place. The hotel is calm and very clean and the beach is not very crowded. There are enough sun beds and prices for drinks/snacks are moderate. Not having AC turned out to be totally fine for us as there is a constant breeze all night if you leave the window open. The staff was very nice and helpful and we always felt very welcome. Special thanks to Alvaro and his delicious cocktails..we already miss them and can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hospitality was incredible and Art, Daisy, and the rest of the staff were so accommodating to any of our needs. The beach was stunning and so many good restaurants within walking distance. We loved walking the beach to take yoga classes at Sanara. The rooms were comfortable and a great vibe. We even got a couple welcome Margarita drinks upon arrival! You can also rent a bike for just $10 for 24 hours which is super convenient. Since there’s no AC, we slept with the windows open and there’s a fan in the room so it was no problem. We brought an extension cord so we could position the fan at the end of the bed. I’d recommend to the hotel adding a lock to the screen doors for peace of mind while sleeping. We’ll definitely stay here again!

My wife and I spent 5 nights in the Amor room. Simple room but contained all that we needed. Multiple doors to the large deck that let in the breeze complete with hammock. All the staff were amazing. Luv has a great location for relaxing days and peaceful nights. Even with the abundance of choices I would have no hesitation to return.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 days in April and our experience was incredible. The hotel is a very natural, humble, and beautiful place to stay. It was our little slice of paradise! We visited some of the larger hotels/bars in the area, and they were not nearly as accommodating or clean. LuvTulum is quiet and peaceful, which we loved. They also keep the beach front and the rooms very clean. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a few drinks and meals at the hotel, and none of it disappointed. My favorite part was breakfast on the beach: the complimentary breakfast foods are delightful (fresh bread, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and fresh squeezed juice). We can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality! I would absolutely recommend that you stay here.
