MacShop had the best price, and also had a lot of excellent reviews. None of the shops in Playa had the Xs screen there, they all had to order it. MacShop ordered it and received it 3-4 days, but received it in 2 days. They fixed my phone when the piece arrived, it took about one hour. They even gave me a free screen protector for my new screen, which I was happy about. My phone is working like new now, and it even comes with a three month warranty. They were professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them, and I will return if I ever need to (hopefully I don't ).

They did a maintenance and cleaned my computer which solved the problem instead of charging me more to change my screen. I really appreciated this because they were honest to give me a reasonable solution before charging me more to change something that really didn’t need change. I ended saving money. He texted us on Whatsapp with updates and photos of the problems he found during the repair process. In one case my BF had spilled coffee in his computer. Angel cleaned the inside and it works now without replacing any parts.

The first shop I went to wanted to charge me 7000 pesos and they needed to order the part, which they said would take weeks. I decided to check out Mac shop and to my surprise they had the part and only charged me 4000. To beat they had the whole job completed in a day. My Mac works great. I’m so pleased with the entire experience. I would definitely recommend.
