Mango Tulum Hotel - 77780 Tulum

My girlfriend and I spent some days in Tulum back in January. The service at Mangos Hotel was awesome. Jana was very attentive and always had the best recommendations for restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and for pretty much how everything works in Tulum. She was really helpful. If I come back to Tulum I'll definitely be staying with them again.

From all the places I stayed during my trip, this one was a bit disappointing. Rooms are clean and new but a bit charmless. However the real negative point was the people working there. Rude and very stressful. It's 9 am in the morning and we are being told not to forget to leave at 12. Absolutely no trust when it comes to paying the room as well. 0/10 customer service skills. Tulum is meant to be a place to chill so let the bad mood home and show some good feeling around this place. Never again.

We had a great stay. The hotel is located close to the city center but as it is not on the main road you still can relax in the garden peacefully and sleep without noise. The hotel personnel is extraordinary. We got great advice regarding restaurants, things to do and transportation.

Didn’t want to leave! A gorgeous, tranquil hotel in the perfect location between town and the beach, but surrounded by trees and nature. The rooms are decorated with a touch of luxury and are excellent value for money. Lovely clean pool too. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a quiet and comfortable stay. Very clean, nice and friendly staff. Pool and lounge area provide a nice atmosphere. Price is beyond affordable. AC works perfectly. Grocery store conveniently located in walking distance as well as several restaurants. I actually stayed with a large group for a special occasion so this hotel is absolutely perfect for a wedding party, reunion or a group get away! ??

A magical experience! I cannot say enough good things about my stay here! From check-in to finding things to do around town, to finding the best taxis, and giving me tips as a female traveler. Huge shout out to Jana you were a fantastic host and I appreciate having a lovely quiet oasis to come home to everyday. I plan to stay here whenever I come to Tulum. Location is absolutely perfect! I didn't have any issue with obtaining necessities from the local markets or finding some grub in a flash. Affordable!!

We stayed here for a week in the top floor apartment. The bed is comfy, the place is clean. There was a gas hob to cook and a couple of pans ( in our room), A fridge with a freezer box , safe, and rail for clothes. A big balcony with weathered chairs. Netflix on the tv is great but the general wifi works best at the pool and not in the apartment. The top floor apartment was comfortable and spacious. It's a 5 walk from the main town and really quiet at night, so a great location and restaurants within a short walk. You can hop a cab to the beach really easily as there are lots of cabs. The lady who looks after the property, Jana, is really lovely, approachable and helpful. Shes there in the daytime not the evening and there are 2 sets of doors to enter the property. The garden area with a pool is chill despite the central location, and clean and I really enjoyed the vibe of this place. There isnt fancy sun loungers, but there are some table and chairs to drink your beer or juice in the sun! I would definitely recommend Mango Hotel

Jana is an outstanding host, the rooms are super fair priced, nice pool and a great location with so much good food and drinks within 5 min. We had a sudden change in travel plans, and Jana was able to change our reservation with total forgiveness, she called us on our way down and was so thoughtful about making everything as stress free as possible. Hotel is 5/5, Jana is 10/5!
