Positiva: La terraza es fantástica, ias instalaciones en general.. Negativa: Todo estuvo. Bien.

Les studios qui disposent d'un balcon sont correct. Les autres n'ont qu'une petite fenêtre qui donne sur le couloir, pas d'aération, déprimant pour passer des vacances.

Positiva: Las instalaciones son buenas el trato del personal amable.. Negativa: El registro a las 7 de la mañana que era la hora de entrada no había personal para recepcionarnos. Y ya me estaba preocupando porque llegue con mi familia..

Хороший отель, с разными типами рассположений камнат и квартир!!! Всегда чисто, уютно!!! Рядом с морем и хорошими пляжами!!! Есть рядом и магазины для разных нужд!!!

Best vacacional condo you can stay , amazing rooftop with a pool and cozy apartments . Perfect location near the beach and the commercial area 5a avenida.

Rented this spot for a short one week a stay. Individual condos offered through various services. Ours booked through AirBnB. Very secure with code access or guard standing by most of the time. Area is within a local neighborhood, people seem friendly enough. Very close to walk to the beach 5-10 minutes and walk to 5th Avenue, also 5-10 minutes and access 30th and 10th streets for local fare and street food. Condo was compact with basic but bare essentials, coffee pot, sofa (with stains), hard bed, tv offering Spanish stations only. The WiFi was sufficient. We had difficulty accessing the condo for about 10 minutes. The bed was extremely firm. Only 1 set of bath towels - one wash cloth and one towel offered for the week stay. The rooftop is nice. Some chairs. Small pool. Compact but offers a nice view. The elevator is small and slow but it is operational. I would consider staying here again but in another condo that offered more in condo amenities simply because of the location and a nicer bed. The one bedroom did provide what I needed last minute during the Christmas holiday - a place to sleep. I hope you found this review helpful. If so, give me a thumbs up.
