The van was extremely clean, they had the extra amenities we ordered easily available, and arranging the return shuttle was easy, despite the early hour of our flight. Will definitely use again!

The tour guide was fantastic, educational, and entertaining! I didn't know much about architecture when I started, but I learned a lot and enjoyed it. It was also enjoyable for my hubby! We were able to view neighborhoods that we would not have seen otherwise, which was fantastic! The stroll was simple and enjoyable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were blown away at Meet Playa transportation!!! I will recommend them to everyone. It was easy finding them at the Cancun airport, they had cold water in the transportation and knew exactly where to take us. It was private so we didn't have to wait on other guests. They arrived on time to take us back to the airport in a beautiful GMC Denali. Again, he had provided cold water for us as well. Almost too good to be true - definitely book Meet Playa!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was an absolute gem of a service. The drivers were great and the transfer completely reliable. We had a 36 hour flight delay on the way to Cancun and the driver stayed in touch and accommodated all of our flight changes. We felt comfortable paying the full amount on our way to the resort and they were on time and friendly. Would definitely recommend this service to others flying into Cancun!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend MeetPlaya. The vehicles are clean, spacious and air conditioned. The drivers are friendly and courteous, quick to help with luggage and have cold bottled water ready upon pick up. Great communication via email before our vacation started and before the trip home. Not a bad thing to say, we will definitely be using their services again anytime we travel through Cancun and Riviera Maya.

We had to make a few stops, but the driver was really gracious and accommodating. Very considerate. Arrived early and was accommodating to our requirements. We had a fantastic experience. I'm unable to arrange MEETPLAYA TOURS & TRANSFERS for our next event. I wholeheartedly endorse their services!!!

The driver was there on our arrival to Cancun airport and the drive to our hotel was pleasant. On the day of departure the driver showed up on time to pick us up to go to airport to fly back home. Overall great experiences!! Five star for sure.
