Los mismos instaladores y proveedores de este servicio estan en el arrastre de el xview , el internet esta lento.
Pésima atención en cajas la actitud del personal debería de mejorar ser mas empaticos.
No puedes pagar un servicio de otra ciudad siendo la misma empresa.
Hay que mejorar esa parte.
 The customer service is regular sometimes they serve you with excellent humor other times very badly.
The same installers and providers of this service are in the drag of the xview, the internet is slow.
Bad attention in boxes the attitude of the staff should improve being more empathic.
You cannot pay for a service from another city being the same company.
You have to improve that part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde que abrí mi cuenta en Megacable, aqui en Guaymas, he tenido el placer de ser atendido por la señorita Cinthya Curiel, la que me ha dado un excelente servicio al cliente desde día uno y siempre que voy a la oficina es muy atenta y además el servicio de internet es el mejor que he tenido en Puerto Peñasco y aquí en Guaymas, muchisimo mejor y rápido que Telmex

Un dia pueden funcionar bien, el otro esta mas lento o trabado de lo normal y algunas veces simplemente se cae todo.
Llevo alrededor de 6 años con esta empresa y nunca pudieron solucionar los problemas, cada vez todo esta mas peor y la mensualidad mas cara.
The internet and TV itself are pretty decent, the problem is that it is very unstable.
One day they can work well, the other is slower or stuck than normal and sometimes everything just falls off.
I have been with this company for about 6 years and they could never solve the problems, everything is getting worse and the monthly payment is more expensive.
