★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is what I call a tourist trap; centered right on the strip, beautifully decorated but the food is decent (if that). The service was good but neither of us in a party of 3 truly enjoy our food. This was our first stop in Playa, lesson learned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decor was the main reason we stopped by to grab a drink. It’s a cute idea and have several seating areas. We order drinks: Piñada and a caipirinha. The Piñada was too sweet but nothing a shot of your favorite liquor won’t cure. The hubby likes the caipirinha and we are planning to come back for breakfast or brunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was not busy but the service was slow, no effort or part by server to really do anything to speed up and bring our drinks, food or check. The food is ok to good, the drinks lack skill and flavor and once more lack of attention and delivery. Overall location is good, both outside, patio and air conditioned areas. It is not perfect in cleanliness but not the worse. Friendly staff just not focused on the job, it was lunch time and it was nit busy and now we know why.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a good atmosphere. We enjoyed the food. I would highly recommend to the owners that they not let people come in asking for money. We get asked for money constantly when we are out on the street and should be able to enjoy a meal without it occurring inside the restaurant. While eating and having a conversation we had five different people (3 of them kids) asking for money or trying to sell us something.
Anyway, other than that rant it was a decent place.

The service was excellent and the guacamole was prepared fresh in front of us. The waiter was very friendly. Recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic meal. We had our guacamole made in front of us. They asked if we wanted spices and that was a fantastic choice. It tasted incredible! The best guacamole I've ever eaten. Our mixed platter arrived. I was able to try lots of authentic Mexican food. My favourite was the pork taco with pineapple.
