Obra de un carácter único por sus dimensiones y por el ladrillo prensado y cocido a alta presión con que está construido. This is a building of great historical importance built by in charge to serve as a Diocesan Seminary then removed and converted into the military zone and now by the secretary of culture.

E	Edgar González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El edifico Arroniz es histórico en la ciudad, antes era sede de una zona militar, ahora están las oficinas de la Secretaría de Cultura así que el acceso es algo restringido, ojalá se pudiera hacer de acceso público aunque sea para recorridos sencillos. La biblioteca es un lugar mágico. The Arroniz building is historic in the city, before it was the headquarters of a military zone, now there are the offices of the Ministry of Culture so access is somewhat restricted, I wish it could be made public, even for simple tours. The library is a magical place.

Un lugar lleno de Arquitectura Historia, mucha Cultura y Arte, quede Fascinado. Una amplia recomendación para visitar. How nice it is to visit GDL, and get to know new places and not the usual ones, is the case of this Building, Museum, Offices and much more. A place full of Architecture, History, a lot of Culture and Art, I was fascinated. A wide recommendation to visit.
