La ducha anda excelente y el agua caliente también. El Wifi perfecto en todo momento. El desayuno te lo sirven y súper rico. Hay agua y te dejan hacerte Te, café o cualquier infusión en cualquier momento del día! Además tenés dispensen a disposición en TODO momento agua frío/caliente. La dueña Dennis un amor, muy atenta, dedicada, respetuosa y súper amable y amigable. Sin dudas para recomendar! Excelente ubicación, cerca de restos típicos y un supermercado gigante (Chedraui) y colectivo cada dos minutos para la zona hotelera a una cuadra! Todo perfecto :) I particularly stayed 4 days and the truth is incredible. The SUPER comfortable room, the giant bed. The shower is excellent and the water is hot too. The perfect Wifi at all times. Breakfast is served to you and super rich. There is water and they let you make tea, coffee or any infusion at any time of the day! You also have hot/cold water available at ALL times. The owner Dennis a love, very attentive, dedicated, respectful and super kind and friendly. No doubt to recommend! Excellent location, close to typical remains and a giant supermarket (Chedraui) and bus every two minutes to the hotel zone one block away! All perfect :)
U	Ulises Uno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO RESERVEN EN ESTE HOTEL. Aceptan todas las reservan que les llegan de airbnb y booking, aun cuando no tienen más disponibilidad. Esto lo hacen para no tener nunca una habitación desocupada, sin importarles lo que pasa con los huéspedes. Nosotros reservamos con un mes de anticipación y cuando llegamos nos negaron la entrada. Éramos la segunda pareja de la noche en la misma situación, que además otras personas sufrieron, como se puede ver en los comentarios. Son unos sinvergüenzas y pueden arruinarte las vacaciones. DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL. They accept all the reservations that come from airbnb and booking, even when they have no more availability. They do this to never have an unoccupied room, no matter what happens to the guests. We booked a month in advance and when we arrived we were denied entry. We were the second couple of the night in the same situation, which also suffered other people, as you can see in the comments. They are scoundrels and they can ruin your vacation.

Jamás contestan el teléfono, es una basura de lugar. No reserven a menos que quieran quedarse sin hospedaje ? Terrible service, they charge you for the reservation and they don't let you check in because they say they don't have a room and they don't make refunds. They never answer the phone, it's a rubbish place. Do not book unless you want to stay without lodging ?

G	Glowing Light on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband & I booked this hotel for 3 nights to enjoy our first time arrival in Cancun city, but sadly, with disappointment I have to admit that: our experience at this hotel was NOT PLEASANT: 1) for first two nights there were disturbing mechanical sounds in the building, 2) The air conditioner is releasing water and creating a puddle in the room. 3)There is no hot water, 4) for breakfast there is only bread, coffee & fruit, 5) they have problems with paying method: we were asked to pay twice (of course it did not happen) because they supposably haven’t received the payment, even though we have been charged. What else can go wrong with this hotel?! For sure: they need to do some improvements!! I can’t recommend this place with so many “cons”!

We had 2 gentleman and a women who were there during our stay and they were Amazing! We definitely will be coming back here ! 5 star across!
E	E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly people, lovely location near ado bus station and restaurants. Good when you just got out of the plane but the rooms need to be improved. Electricity sockets where hanging lose. The sealing of the bathroom was coming off and there was a lot of mold. The breakfast included two pieces of toast with jam and tea or coffee.
