The Nadal Tennis Centre is great. My 10 year old daugher had a 1 hr tennis lesson with Alex and she had a great time. We wanted to try the facility so we can probably go back and enroll her to tennis camps in the future. However, the Palladium is a total let down. Poor communication and workers are very snobbish. We’ve been to Cancun multiple times (Ritz and Westin) but this hotel is just really below standard. First, we arrived and checked in so we can go to our appointment (tennis lesson is 12-1pm). The receptionist asked if we are checked in the hotel and we had explained that we need to get to the Nadal Centre. He asked the managet and the manager told us that we have to walk to the facility! We were able to use the golf cart after frustrations. We came back after the tennis lesson and thought we can check out the hotel and have lunch. The receptionist again asked if we are guests. Then, he told “this is a private property and you do not have a wrist band, you will be escorted out! We had to wait for our service to pick us up. We have two girls and had no lunch. Our service schedule is 3pm. Nadal Tennis Centre, please improve this as you offer private lessons in your website. -Austin, TX

7 tennis courts and a soccer field. 3 of them are covered. Very modern facilities. There is a tennis equipment / Nadal fan shop on site.

It is ok, I participated in the Total Tennis sessions. 3 sessions. Basically they are group lessons and the coaches try to give you drills to work on specific situations to improve for your game. I did enjoy, but I believe coaches failed to evaluate correctly mine and other people's levels which made me and others not able to make most of the experience when we had to hit with each other. Anyway, I tried to enjoy the experience, but I saw others leaving much more frustrated. PS: as expected, Rafa did not come from Spain to meet us.

It has been my mission to indulge in a tennis holiday with my wife, sister-in-law and her partner. The Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre in Isla Mujeres was an absolute joy and exceeded my expectations. As a regular 4.5+ tennis player, I wanted to enroll in a camp/training program where can I learn some tips to improve my match play and where my wife, sister-in-law and her partner (2.0-3.5 ratings) could receive some proper instruction to improve their game. We participated in the 3 day Total Tennis Program (TTP), and we all immediately appreciated how convenient it was to drive from our Airbnb about a 25 min drive away. TTP had about 9-15 participants per day, and we played on 3-4 clay courts, along with 3-4 players per court/per instructor; 9-11am. Thankfully, 3 courts were shaded as the drills got the heart pumping. Shout out to our instructors Ruben, Hector, Mónica and Alex who did a terrific job of explaining Nadal's training methodology. Each of us left the 2 hour session wanting to play more and we all left the program with an improved understanding of proper swing and movement mechanics. The instructors are excellent players and recognize that each player has a slightly different swing, but that there are certain fundamental consistencies that have to be applied. Needless to say, we left the program improved and excited to bring back these lessons as we continue to play at home. I would highly recommend TTP for players looking to improve their game and cardio.

Really neat place. The museum was nice. I'm not a big sports person but my husband loved it.

The facility is amazing! But what makes this a must for all tennis players is the quality of the instruction. Hector "Mexican AquaMan" was a terrific coach with an easy way about him and a super relatable and easy stye of teaching. We plan to go again.

This is a great place. The museum is a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lessons are not cheap but I opted for the Adult Premium lessons which are 1:1 with a private coach for hours a day; pretty intense and I learned a lot as a beginner. I was lucky to be instructed by Alex and Hector. Experiencing clay courts was also fantastic and I enjoyed it a lot.
