This was our third stay at the secrets resort line, restaurants were good food was awesome zero complaints. The beach was a big disappointment with the tons of seaweed in the water and on the beach, I know it's out of their control and they did try to keep the beach clean. The staff was extremely nice and extremely helpful. Some of the furniture and decor was dated. All around a great place to stay with fun entertainment at night.

I absolutely love this resort. I know many Secrets, Dreams and Breathless hotels but this one is still one of my top 5 after two visits. Because it is smaller and is designed as an Italian villa with buganvilias, it is cozier and one feels more at home, opposite to what happens with other resorts. The decoration, though looking outdated, actually feels right at this place due to their conservative or more mature atmosphere. It is very consisting. The beach is stunning, the food good and the service amazing, everyone's very nice and polite there. The spa, which I tried for the first time, is an absolute pleasure. Will go back more times, that's for sure.

Pros: Jetted tub in room. TV in room with lots of channels. Ipad food service ordering/24 hour call in room service. Decent food available from 8am-11pm. Bars always stocked and drinks mixed excellently. Pool is nice. Lobby is gorgeous. Restaurant options good. Staff and service was never anything less than excellent. Cons: Thin room walls; could hear chairs scooting, TVs on, etc. Entertainment every night by pool was way too loud in room going until 11 at night. Vegetarian options disappointing, misinformation on veg options as well (received a dish with meat after asking if there was meat). Poor water pressure in room. AC in room can't keep up during the day. Nice resort and staff. May not be worth the high price tag, though. Definitely doesn't feel like a 5 star, maybe a 4 star resort.

The building (while older) is gorgeous. The food is great. But what really shines is the service. It is the most pampered and catered to that I've ever felt. I want to come back again just because of the service. It is fantastic. Everyone is super friendly and makes you feel at home. I highly recommend staying here you will not regret it. Even with the covid restrictions this place was great. Stay here and I promise you will feel at home and pampered.

This was our 1st vacation out of the states. It was absolutely amazing. Everything about the stay was incredible. From the bell hops, concierge , wait staff, entertainment team, food and bartenders. All were very helpful and seemed to love their jobs. The pool was beautiful, but compared to the beach...wow. the beach is incredible. The sand is deep and clean. They rake the beach daily. Some of the other resorts do not take as good of care of the beach as this one. The service feels personal, like they just want to help you enjoy the beautiful place that they call home.

A Covid19 safe resort, upon arrival it was evident that we had just arrived at a place where the staff and all employees were grateful for our arrival and obliged to maintain a safe and healthy environment. All staff and employees wear a mask 100% of the time, both indoors and out of doors. Before entering the lobby doors everyone must sanitize hands and the bottoms of their feet, 100% of the time and 100% of those entering, every building and every location that food or drinks are served, to include the Spa, store and when returning from the beach and pool areas. This resort in Cancún, Riviera Maya is that paradise that you are looking for, adult only, relaxing and entertaining. The daily activities through-out the day allow you to be as active, adventurous and entertained. Or, if you choose to lounge on the beautifully groomed beach, you will enjoy lounge chairs with umbrellas, or hammocks near the local beach bar. Full service is available on the beach or poolside. On poolside, there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas for all to enjoy, or choosing a spot to lay in the shallows of the pool will provide the perfect sun drenched location, with the cooling waters of the pool. Restaurant and bar locations are plentiful and the food, service, drinks and staff are second to none. From the front lobby doors to the beach paths, the cleanliness of this resort is telling of the gratitude and pride that each staff member and employee has in their position and their responsibility. The nightly entertainment is not only worth your time in spending it watching or listening to the music and the shows, but this venue is one of the best I have seen and definitely the best I have seen in Mexico. Your room will invite you in from the time you arrive until the time you are prepared to checkout. The housekeeping staff and room attendants are very careful to clean and maintain every safety option that you can think of and even some that you won’t think of. Consideration of the guest is first and foremost, which is evidenced by the manner in which the staff and employees all care for themselves and each other. Ensuring that they are healthy and safe, to provide the greatest care in maintaining the health and safety of their communities and their clients. I recommend this resort during the pandemic and I will definitely return again.

Hotel is amazing very clean and staff super friendly. Pool area and beach are beautiful and very well kept. Bar staff friendly and fun as well. Many activities to choose from. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is the restaurants. The food was all very good however it was quite the ordeal to get seated and get food. Each dinner took us about 2 hours from beginning to end and the crazy part was that many of the tables were not occupied so being overcrowded was not a problem. That is my only compliant the rest of the trip was amazing.

Absolutely wonderful resort. Stayed here for about a week. They really take care of you here and all the staff are very polite and courteous. Would totally love to stay here again.
