Loved it, their Sushi are delicious and their drinks are absolutely superb! I love the variety and also very much enjoyed the dessert.

BEST Sushi in town & the Margaritas are strong and cheap!!! ?? also 2x1 special on all of their rolls! Highly recommended.

The food here was really bad and super overpriced. The dishes they serve are extremely small and the fish is not at all fresh. The “cocktails” are just sugary syrup topped up with a mixer, no flavour at all, but priced like they are real cocktails. At the end, we were told tactlessly that our tip was not enough (not even asked whether we were happy with the food or service) and then the waitress shamelessly insisted we gave more before processing the bill and letting us leave. I totally understand tipping is customary in Mexico as it is in certain other countries like the US, but the way this was handled made us dread the rest of the trip if that is how money-grabbing every person in every place will be, even when what they offer doesn’t live up to a decent standard. The combination of awful food, extremely loud music and general service meant this experience really had no redeeming qualities. We definitely won’t go back here and can’t recommend the place to anyone else. The whole experience was such a bad start to our stay in Playa Del Carmen—it made us wish we hadn’t come.

Staff gets rude as soon as you have an issue with the order. They offer items outside of the menu which have fewer ingredients and highest price. Ramen was nasty, the noodles were mushy due to improper preparation. This place have a risk of ruining your night, I wish I never came.

Fish is not fresh, be aware!! Nothing to be close to Japanese, or sushi itself. Worst service, bad food and long wait, about an hour. We had a group of four, dishes were coming with 30 minutes gap or more. We couldn't eat all together because of that. There's better places in Playa del Carmen. Worst experience.

Their sushi rolls are fantastic - the best I had in Playa! The gummy bear drink was great too. I also really liked the atmosphere inside. Highly recommend!

Honestly, the best sushi we have ever tasted. Myself and boyfriend came to Mirai sushi bar on Saturday 26th February, it was soooo good we came back the very next day. Great service, great value for money and the food was unbelievable. Massive shout out to our server Selene, she was informative, warm and welcoming. Couldn't recommend more!!

I’m giving this restaurant 4/5 because it took almost 40min for them to bring our rolls to the table. The place was clean and the atmosphere great. The service and staff attentive and friendly. Our rolls tasted great. And love the 2x1 deal with the rolls. Recommend it!
