El peor y más ineficiente lugar para planear un viaje, no te explican nada y te envían un correo haciéndote leer 50-60 paquetes de tus destinos elegidos de los cuales ni la mitad están disponibles, PERO HASTA QUE VAYAS A PAGAR marcan para confirmar la disponibilidad del paquete elegido. solo te hacen perder el tiempo. NO saben que está a la venta y que no. Le pondría 0 estrellas si pudiera
THEY DO NOT HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT IS AVAILABLE. The worst and most inefficient place to plan a trip, they do not explain anything to you and they send you an email making you read 50-60 packages of your chosen destinations of which half are not available, BUT UNTIL YOU ARE GOING TO PAY, they mark to confirm the availability of the chosen package. They just make you waste your time. They do not know what is for sale and what is not. I would give it 0 stars if I could

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue un asco de experiencia, primero hice una llamada la cual según esto el chico haría seguimiento y no lo hizo; después fui a la sucursal y había dos personas y solo una de las dos personas me podía atender por que la otra no estaba calificada para atenderme en el tema que quería, se acerco él chico (claro está fue el mismo que me atendió por teléfono) VOLVIÓ A TOMAR MIS DATOS por que estaba muy ocupado diciendome que me iba a mandar información lo cual JAMÁS PASÓ. Así que si no quieren perder su tiempo no les recomiendo que vayan ahí.
