This is a must if you are traveling to the area! It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see a traditional Mayan ceremony, go 4-wheeling through the jungle, zipline above the trees, swim in a beautiful crystal clear water cenote (underground pond inside a cave)! After you have worked up an appetite, they give everyone a traditional and delicious meal with hibiscus water. It's about a 4- hour experience but there is time added for transportation, instructions and waivers, we etc. so it ended up being about 7 hours for us. 1 hour each way on the bus and an extra hour in miscellaneous time spent here and there. It is worth it!

Pleasantly surprised with this nature park. You really "feel" like you're in the jungle and for all intensive purposes you are. Wear comfortable shoes, if you're doing ATV I'd probably stick to sandals that have straps as you'll get quite muddy depending on the day. I had an amazing time zip-lining and the staff was very informative. Bring back the saunas!!!

Went with a party of 6... had a great time with the guide. He was very knowledgeable. They were safety protocols in place. Every length of the journey was enjoyably, from the Mayan ceremony, to the ziplining, to swimming in the cenotes and last but not least the ATVs were the most exciting part. I was surprised at the end they even served really good authentic Mexican cuisine. I would definitely return

The tour was great but we were not allowed to take phones to capture photos. They did offer photo services and had a camera guy. He took photos and we purchased them at the end for $70. We were supposed to receive a link. They said it would take 30 minutes. They never sent the photos. I have emailed and called several times and they will not provide any feedback. I would not recommend at all because what's an experience with no photos and how can you double up charge for photos and not even provide the customer with their photos.

This place was awesome. The thing I was disappointed in is that my husband and I chose not to zip line, and we missed out on mayan blessing that they did before everyone zip lined. They walked us down to last landing near the cenote, which was an amazing swim ? by far one of my favorites ? we paid for pictures at end and said they'd be emailed to us within 30 mins, but took about 2 days, but we did get them. Would still return if we're ever back in area, our guide Sixtos I believe his name was, was great! Highly recommend experience. ?

I tried the tour with zip line, ATV and cenote by using gocity pass. Free parking in case you drive yourself here. Zipline: about 3-4 zips it was ok not much difference than others. ATV: Wear a gaggle otherwise you will not able to see due to dust, lots of lots of dust. And your leg might be burning from the engine. Roads are really rough. Your med insurance is covered but not the ATV so if you crush it you have to pay the damage. I personally do not recommend you to do it. Reasons, too dusty, too dangerous and I have heard so much ATV stories ends up really badly. Cenote: Really nice! Free lifejacket. Small cenote only available to the tour group. It is about 8 mins walk from the lobby. So you can just go with your swim suit, no need for towels. In the cenote there are small fishes will eat your dead skin from your foot which is fun and this same activity in cancun requires a charge. Fresh water in cenote chill but refreshing. Tour also come with a lunch and ice tea. The green tortilla is really good I never see this elsewhere. Our guide Luis is a great guy fun and professional. Bring a gopro if you want take pictures free, cam or phones not allow during activities. Tips: Bring a shoes with you if you are doing ATV or Zipline. Drive yourself if you can here is not far from Carmen 15 mins. Bring a gopro
