El paquete lo devolvieron a Cancún y jamás me llamaron para notificar nada, ahora resulta que no puedo recogerlo si no hago el pago del trasladó de ciudad de México aquí. Esto ha sido bastante molestó y triste, pague por un envío que jamás llegó y a demás lo perdí porque no pienso pagar nuevamente ?. Aún no comprendo porque la paquetería no me llamo para informarme lo que sucedía pero al final de todo este asunto la dirección es legítima, así que solo puedo decir que es nefasto el servicio y a demás roban, porque no se puede llamar de otro modo. I am very upset because I sent a package to Mexico City from Cancun and it turned out that for them the address does not exist, they called a number that I did not give them, then they indicated that it did not exist. The package was returned to Cancun and they never called me to notify anything, now it turns out that I cannot pick it up if I do not pay for the transfer from Mexico City here. This has been quite annoying and sad, I paid for a shipment that never arrived and I lost it because I do not plan to pay again ?. I still do not understand why the parcel did not call me to inform me what was happening but at the end of all this matter the address is legitimate, so I can only say that the service is disastrous and they steal others, because it cannot be called otherwise.
