1. They advertise with a special offer for the test if you are flying with Aeromexico. We called the number they gave. But no one spoke English and we got hanged up twice. They also said we couldn’t make a reservation.
2. SO… We went to a lab ourselves a day before and the receptionist treated us suuuuuper bad. We tried to speak Spanish but she just didn’t want to help us in any way. It was very frustrating.
3. Today we did test and we got promised to get the results by email within 30 minutes. 2,5 hours later we still had no results.
4. We got a bit scared of not having the results in time, so we called the lab…(someone that spoke Spanish called) but we had to wait in line for 15 minutes and stil didn’t get any help.
4. so, we had to go back by taxi to get our results ourselves.
Terrible service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was efficient and clean with a helpful and friendly staff. Short line when we arrived at 10. Took about 45 min. Antigen test results to be emailed in an hour. However, mine never came through. I was able to revive results through the website using the detail on the test confirmation detail. Tests available from 7am to 2pm with PCR available from 7am to noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did not have to wait in line for long at 8am for testing. In and out within 20 minutes. The staff was patient with our English. Easy process overall. Results within 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book your Covid test here! The service is apaulling, my boyfriend was making his best effort to speak Spanish but the receptionist refused to try and understand and promptly dismissed him from her reception as soon as she heard his English accent. She was in fact the rudest person we have met in Mexico. The results also do not come through by email which created so much extra stress but fortunately I saw a google review to say the results can be revived through the website and the login details on your receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went right in - the lady helped me fill out forms. She didn’t understand English and I know little Spanish but we figured it out. Everyone was very nice. Took less than 30 minutes- got my results in a few hours. No problems!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID TEST. VERY UNUSUALLY PAINFUL COVID TEST. BE CAREFUL AND AVOID THIS CLINIC.
The technician that gave me the test was way too aggressive. I have had over 10 COVID tests and never felt this amount of pain. I had a migraine for several hours later and my nose bled. My nose still burns a whole 10 hours later. THIS IS NOT NORMAL. And the clinic needs to re-educate their staff on how to properly give this test.
Also, when I booked the test for 10:30 AM, I was told by the company I would get the results next day. The technician told me I would not get the results until later tomorrow. So I will have to get another COVID TEST somewhere else or I won't be able to get on my flight back home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not take your COVID test here. We did not get the airline discount. Could not make an appointment. Had to wait long. Nobody speaks English. And we had to go back to get the test result because it did not get mailed and after waiting 1.5 hour after the result should have come in by mail we decided to go to the office. Cost us a lot of time and worries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were worried about the negative reviews but still decided to take a chance and go here.
Here’s our experience. Got there on a Friday at 1:30pm, no crowds. We spent a total time of 30min there filling out paperwork and getting tested. The two receptionists did not speak English but she tried using Google Translate to tell us what we needed to fill out. She told us our results would be sent to our email in about 30min. Actual time we received it was about 1-2 hours later, still not bad! Tests cost about $29 USD per person.
The lady who took our COVID test was sweet and tried her best to speak English but seeing this is Mexico, expecting people to speak English is privileged thinking. So we assured her it was no worries.
Overall good experience!
