★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio haces tu reservacion con ellos confiando que son una agencia con bastante tiempo y a la hora que llegas al hotel resulta que si esta tu reservacion pero ellos no han pagado y te quiere el hotel volver a cobrar algo que tu ya pagaste a bestday y bestday te dice que pagues nuevamente y que ellos te lo reembolsan que falta de criterio
Terrible service, you make your reservation with them trusting that they are an agency with enough time and when you arrive at the hotel it turns out that if your reservation is but they have not paid and the hotel wants you to charge again something that you already paid to bestday and bestday tells you to pay again and that they will reimburse you that lack of judgment
