★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO TENEMOS AGUA, se compran pipas cada semana. Las amenidades que ahora “presumen”, ni se pueden usar. Malos terminados, las puertas del estacionamiento se caen a cada rato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El material en general de los departamentos es de mala calidad, la pintura del baño se bota, el roof garden no lo han entregado desde hace 3 años, no hay medidores individuales de agua y se tienen que pagar pipas para tener el servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La peor inversión que pueden hacer, todo el tiempo nos piden $ para pipas, pagamos mantenimiento extra para que pintaran el edificio y eso jamás pasó, NINGUNA de las amenidades dejan usar seguramente para no invertir en mantenimiento (pero si nos lo cobran), si hay algún problema la respuesta del administrador es "No sé, yo no vivo ahí". #nocomprenproblemas
