AVOID THESE DISGUSTING SCAMMERS. The place was okay the picture overhyped it but the service was terrible. Waited nearly an hour for basic breakfast and dessert and then was charged £25 tip. WORST BIT: they charged us £150 for a £30 bill and then refused to give us a refund and left us with no money. The worst guy is a chubby man with thin beard who laughed at us after scamming us. Avoid this place it isn’t worth the nest and there are better food options elsewhere. Absolutely disgusted by the service, ruined the last day of our trip. And he also tried to get rid of the receipts whilst he laughed.

This hotel is a must. The place is beautiful and very peaceful. Great staff ready for whatever you need. Food is wow, I had to order almost everything and couldn’t get enought.

This place is breathtakingly gorgeous ?! The decor and cleanliness were EVERYTHING. Just as on the website. I'm so glad that I found this gem. I wanted a last-minute escape from the hustle of working and living in NYC. And it was the perfect place for anyone looking for the perfect R&R time. The whole time, I felt like I was home. Big thanks to all the staff that made me feel welcome every day. You all are super amazing. From the receptionist, the housekeepers, baristas, masseuse, and chefs. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Also, this place is super close to the downtown strip of Tulum. A quick taxi ride, which the hotel can assist in getting for you. They also have bikes to rent for those active bikers. And the beaches are also super close. And because the US required folks to test negative with Covid, they can assist with setting up an appointment for a healthcare professional to come to the hotel. At an affordable cost, of course. With all that said, I recommend a visit for couples as it's romantic. And for singles. Or a girl trip. Suggestions from me. Nothing as of now. The hospitality of the staff made the experience great. Regrets: I wish I had a massage every day from here. :)

Lovely hotel. Staff are very very friendly. The location is in between the beach and the town which is convenient with lots of space to park. The only problem is that rooms are not isolated - it is fine most of the time but when we stayed there people put the music very loud the first night until 6 am and the day after all day as people put music on their balcony while enjoying the pool. It would be great if the hotel puts a sign for people to keep the music loud and not smoke cigars on the terrasse as it is pretty small. Also be careful of the food and coffee cups there are not complementary. We got trapped as stuff we took were not listed on the menu and thought they were complementary. 3 dollars the cup of coffee and 8 dollars for cacao snacks.

Place is absolutely outstanding!!! We had a really nice time, the room is a good size and the bathroom as well, and well decorated. The balcony had a bathtube on the balcony facing the nature was great and so relaxing. We had also some food and drinks, everything was good for taste and size.

Perfect Tulum jungle experience! Friendly staff, delicious food, good music and atmosphere. Warning: if you're squeamish about tropical critters, don't stay there! We had some unexpected friendly furry friends in our room on night one... but all good! Will definitely come back! Highly recommend if you are looking for a chill experience ??

Only good things to say about this amazing place! Everything about this hotel makes it an exceptional experience. The staff are so friendly. The food was great. The room is very clean and well designed. We did not have any food in our room, so we didn't see any ants like other reviews have mentioned. This is not a typical hotel stay! The sound of the waterfall, the private outdoor spaces, and all the plants and natural elements like carved wooden doors make this a perfect place to relax.

The staff was amazing. The food!!! Oh my word it was great. This is a very relaxing place to stay! You also an access their beach front location without a minimum spend. We had an incredible trip. The pools can use a bit more cleanup daily but we definitely came here for the jungle vibe. Make sure you make a reservation for the best brunch.
