★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar donde se puede degustar de los llamados "pajaretes" que es una bebida a base de leche de cabra recién ordeñada con chocolate, algunas personas también lo piden con alcohol, obviamente para los niños se pide sin alcohol.
Personalmente me dió un poco de desconfianza la leche ya que es casi directo de la cabra, lo que llaman leche bronca (sin hervir) pero la tomé y no hubo ninguna complicación estomacal por lo que recomiendo que lo prueben ya que se dice que contiene un alto valor alimenticio.
Place where you can taste the so-called "pajaretes" which is a drink made from freshly milked goat's milk with chocolate, some people also order it with alcohol, obviously for children it is ordered without alcohol.
Personally, the milk gave me a little distrust since it is almost straight from the goat, what they call raw milk (without boiling) but I took it and there was no stomach complication so I recommend that you try it since it is said to contain a high nutritional value.
