 You can choose which parcel to send ... the lady who attends you advises you very well ... and my package arrived before what they told me. They give very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendieron bien, pero estuvieron a punto de decirme que no tenían mi envio de UPS, sin haber revisado antes, lo que les habían dejado.
Por cierto, UPS pésimo. Igual que todas las grandes empresas como Fedex y DHL.
Este envío, era a domicilio, y tuve que ir por el a esta sucursal.
They treated me well, but they were about to tell me that they didn't have my UPS shipment, without having checked before, what they had left.
By the way, lousy UPS. Same as all the big companies like Fedex and DHL.
This shipment was at home, and I had to go through it to this branch.

Very good attention, and even though I was told that due to the pandemic the shipments were delayed and could take longer than expected, my shipment arrived the next day. I highly recommend the place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de la persona en mostrador muy buena pero honestamente están perdiendo muchos clientes por su negativa a recibir ciertos paquetes incluidos Fedex y por el cobro extra que realizan una vez en mostrador.
The attention of the person at the counter is very good but honestly they are losing many customers due to their refusal to receive certain packages including Fedex and the extra charge they make once at the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandé un pedido de Amazon a esta sucursal (está registrada como Amazon Hub Counter) y no aceptaron el paquete. Rechazaron el paquete tres días consecutivos y Amazon tuvo que cancelar el envío.
I sent an Amazon order to this branch (it is registered as Amazon Hub Counter) and they did not accept the package. The package was rejected for three days in a row and Amazon had to cancel the shipment.

They robbed me yesterday which neither my guide nor my permits gave me and they charged me the money and they did not give me anything to send my package, do not trust this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice un envío a Puerto Rico y el envío llegó incompleto, utilizaron a Fedex para hacer la entrega y todo mal. La atención en el lugar es buena, sin embargo, uno confía y paga por un servicio que NO ofrecen.
Muy mal... Por un error pagan todos, incluyendo los empleados.
I made a shipment to Puerto Rico and the shipment arrived incomplete, they used Fedex to make the delivery and everything was wrong. The care on site is good, however you trust and pay for a service they DO NOT offer.
Too bad ... Everyone pays for a mistake, including the employees.
