Everything was amazing!! The staff, Fernando, Aldo, Martin and the entire crew are all professionals. We can't wait to come back. The facilities are beautiful and well kept.

Once in a lifetime experience! Great value! Stayed 7 nights and considered staying longer. Potentially returning next year. All staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to our butlers Alex and Mauricio! Thanks for the amazing honeymoon and memories!

The Palafitos are everything one could imagine, and more. I have never experienced relaxation like we had here on our honeymoon. We had AMAZING butlers, Aldo and Fernando, which made us feel right at home. We can tell they genuinely care for us. We cannot wait to go back!

Palifitos is a dream come true vacation! And…..Aldo and Fernando, our butlers, made it so. Attentive, professional and made sure they met our every wish. The resort is lucky to have them as employees. I can think of nothing that would have made this experience any better. Thank you to all of those wonderful people who work at the resort.

Beautiful properties, amenities and staff. Just wanted to specifically note how amazing the restaurants and chefs were with accommodating my friends vegan diet, even within a prefixed five course meal they adjusted it specifically for her. So any vegans/vegetarians would not have to worry about a lack of choice within the restaurants

The bungalows were super nice, there were 4 people there that made our trip superior to any that we have taken before. Daisy - she took care of us on the beach/cabana like no other very nice polite the best! Jane & Fidel were the butlers for us, they did an outstanding job of taking care of us as well making reservations and helping us with everything. And Gustavo the bar tender the best of the best there ask him for his Pink Flamingo it is wonderful!!!! And last but by far not the least is Isidoro, the best housekeeping person on the property, he made our room feel the best daily, picked it up, straightened it up, and I know that is his job, but he had this huge smile on his face every day and was so friendly and nice. It was the very best place we have every stayed. They are in the middle of rebuilding the wood decks over the ocean and that was kind of disappointing but everything else took care of not having those. the food was the best as well. I recommend it 1000% and can't wait to go back next year

We just came back from our honeymoon at Palafitos Overwater Bungalows and this resort exceeded our expectations completely! We knew we wanted to do something more unique than a typical resort and everything from the room, view, private plunge pool and restaurants was beautiful. Special shoutout to our private butlers Fernando and Aldo who made our honeymoon extra special with the special attention and made my wife and I feel very comfortable throughout the 6 days. We didn't want to come home and we will definitely recommend this resort to anyone going on their honeymoon.

This place is incredible!! The view is breathtaking. The staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Aldo and Samantha were available for anything we needed. Alfredo quickly learned our bar order and had drinks ready for us as soon as he saw us. We will definitely come back to Palafitos again!! The food is the best we’ve had while here.
