Good food, prepared quickly, with attention to the convenience of the diners.

Good food the entire week, not a huge menu but everything was good.

Food was very authentic and tasty. The family loved it. All you can eat and drink.

Breakfast was fine. Dinner was kinda mediocre. Service was slow, and the buffet food was definitely worse than the made to order food.

Limited buffer but I could always find something I enjoyed. Service tend to be slow but then again you are on vacation. Great juice / smoothie bar.

The breakfast is pretty good with lots of options and a omelette station but the dinner was not great. Service was okay, buffet food was mediocre, and some of the meals weren’t that good. Friendly staff though

Closed to public... but they don’t tell you that so don’t waste 45 mins walking there. Buffet was full but restaurant was empty.... tells you something else I guess too. They dont want money/business from the 6 of us either.

Just fine restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Quality: "taste-wise", breakfast had a good amount of options, but not that tasty. For dinner, there was one night that was okay ("Seafood Night" - 7 of 10). Talking about all other nights, food was meh. But the biggest problem was the service: during peak breakfast and dinner hours, a single waiter was handling tons of tables, and the 2-3 servers at the buffet have lines of 4, 5 people at every station. We've had lines for simple things like getting a loaf of bread. We've had to go hunt for a highchair ourselves after asking a couple of workers (and not getting one). We've had to go into the carts ourselves and grab utensils because they forgot to give them to us when we arrived, and we couldn't find any waiters to help. Also, it felt the floor wasn't properly cleaned. My family stayed 4 nights at the hotel (Royal Haciendas - La Palapas is its main restaurant) and the floor was slippery every time we went there.
