We had a ride scheduled for the airport leaving from Puerto Aventuras, and unfortunately the company I made a reservation with never showed up. So, I remember talking to some people that we had met earlier on my Holiday; And during conversation transportation from the airport to Puerto Aventuras was a topic of conversation in which I had used a company I found online, which is a whole story in itself ( was scheduled to go to wrong hotel in a completely different city when finally found the driver at the airport ). Anyway, the couple from Cleveland actually ( maybe Mike and Doreen) can’t really remember there names; however U remember them saying they were picked up from a company Paradise Transfers , which is located right there in Puerto Aventuras. So I gave them a call , I had an English speaking woman answer the phone, which was refreshing. At this point we had to leave within the hour if any chance of making my flight out of Cancun. My wife had explained our situation, and she had said no problem I can send someone over to you no problem... Needless to say the driver arrived a few minutes before we talked about actually, and I had a nice event free ride to the airport. The driver was super friendly, dropped me off right to the front door of where my ticket check in was.. I have a holiday planned there next year , and without a doubt I will be using them for airport transfers ... Definitely A+++++

I used Paradise for shuttle service for a wedding group traveling to Isla Mujeres recently, and was impressed! Erin was quick to respond and everything was seamless! Even with some last minute flight changes. I would highly recommend Paradise and will definitely use them again and again!!

We recently took a trip from Kansas to Puerto Aventuros and Paradise Transers and Tours was our transportation to and from the Cancun airport, as well as to and from a wedding while we were there. The service was always punctual, friendly, and safe. Bur what was really outstanding was the exemplary service we received on our transfer to the airport to come home. My husband realized after we had been at the Cancun airport about 20 minutes that he had left his cell phone in the van that we had just ridden in. I called our contact, Stephanie, to report it and see if there was anything we could do. Stephanie answered and then texted me a few minutes later to let me know she had talked to our driver, he had the phone, and he would meet another of their drivers that was on his way to the airport and give the phone to him to bring it to us. It went off without a hitch and we were so pleasantly surprised! My husband thought he would certainly have to buy a new phone but Paradise went above and beyond to help us out. I would give them 6 stars if I could :)

Paradise Tours is certainly top notch! We were transported by their service three different times during our stay in Cozumel and Tulum. They are dependable and efficient. There was no problem making a change to our pick up time; they were very accommodating. We would definitely use their service the next time we are in Mexico. All drivers were super. Erin was great to work with!

Our honeymoon trip was Magnificent! We did the catamaran trip to Isla Mujeres! The service was top notch! We would definitely recommend Paradise Transfers & Tours
