A very disappointing experience. The camping is under construction, no warm water. The price for a sleep in a tend is horrible high. They want to be hippie are capitalists. No recommandation from my site, there are many better places for better experience and price.

Lovely place, only 50pesos to go. However when we we saw a notice about crocodiles. Very wary about swimming! Probably best to take a canoe! Only is there!

Hello we were at cenote encantado today and were very disappointed !! The price is far too high for the performance that is offered. I was in this place 5 years ago and going back was a disappointment! The place has lost all its flair! They want to do hippie style but are very commercial.

We were really unhappy with our stay at this place. Even though it was described in the lonely planet, what you get is something else. We have to say, that we were stupid enough to not prebook for tulum at the high season, so the only available place we could find was cenote encantado, which asked for an extraordinary unreasonable price of 160 US Dollar for one tent for one night. We ended up having the most horrible night of our trip! The Owners and Volunteers seem to follow the hippie-liberal-lifestyle of freedom etc. which we figured was kind of fake. It was the most unrelaxed atmosphere, with more rules to follow and things to take care of then any other places: please don't do that, please don't use that etc,. The whole campingsite was ruled over the musictaste of the owner which did not seem to care if her guests would like to sleep or not. And that with the speaker next to owr tent. The tent itself smelled like a toilette and had women toilettery leftovers from previous owners inside. At 5 am we woke up by the loud voices of other respectless guests shouting over the whole camping lot. Apparently there were no rules for noise??? So if you can, stay away from this capitalistic business in the dress of a hippie village of freedom and love.

Stumbled upon this Cenote after recommendation from hotel staff. It's cute and looks like a pond. The camping and hotels near by offer kayaks to rent. Not much to see when snorkelling as the water isn't as clear as other cenotes2

Beautiful place but the shore is really small so bring your lifejacket or rent a kayak to enjoy more!

Amazing open cenote with clear water. Not expensive and they have parking. It is very relaxing.

Gorgeous cenote for the perfect zone trip in the beautiful Tulum Hotel Zone. You can get a chancla with the $50 peso admission fee and a kayak for another $100. Well run laid back not a lot of folks this cenote is pretty deep but the water is amazing. You can do your jumps from a constructed structure which makes it so much fun! Awesome trip! Off the beaten path for sure
