A wonderful spot for camping right at the beach of Tulum. It's definitely worth it to wake up at 6am one day to see the sunrise. I highly enjoyed my stay. However, be aware that you only have electricity for three hours per day!

Stayed here in 2018 - $15. Stayed here in 2021 - $65. Entire business was identical to first time around, just another business milking tourists for every cent. Get yourself a hotel room.

This place is beautiful and clean. We stayed in a cabin for 2 nights and in a tent for 3 nights. I was surprised when I found out that the tents have a mattress, sheets, pillows... the tents are clean and comfortable and it's not cold even at night. Waking up on the beach in the morning is so peaceful and calming. They have a kitchen and showers with hot water. The staff is super nice and helpful. One minute walk to a market, which makes it easy to buy beer, food and accessories. This is my favorite place in tulum. It's also nice that the price of is sooo low. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for all the hospitality!

You will either love it or hate it - personally i love it. Yeah its a tent or a small hut - it’s economical, has hot showers, bumpy beds, free coffee, semi working internet. You may feel a little isolated on arrival as the family spend a lot of time in the kitchen and it can feel a little unwelcoming- but once you get to know them you’ll realize that they are humble and fair. Just like any family affair it comes with its problems, but just like most families there’s a lot of love, but there are rules (no Guests, nobody can walk through to beach, no loud music, and don’t pitch a big tent). Just don’t break the rules, because you will be told! I was nicknamed cocinero (chef) as I like to cook and once you cook for them they will love you forever. I’m giving this place a 4 star rating, dropping one star for the fact that I don’t like rules... however, the rules are there to keep us all safe, and to be honest with you, you can leave your things all over the place and they will never get stolen - I have left my sunglasses, Walet and phone a few times in the kitchen and nobody even touched them.

Great location Affordable Nice people It's camping! Expect that Wood tents have sandy floor, better off staying in tent Only 3 stars because I cought Scabies from either bed or sheets. At your own risk guys.

Absolute scam! We parked at the parking space to check out a sight for literally two min. THERE WERE NO VISIBLE SIGNS OF A PRICE FOT THE PARKING LOT OR THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY AT ALL. When we wanted to leave someone came around and said we have to pay 200 PESOS since we parked here.
