AVOID BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They took our $58 deposit through Paypal and sent us a reservation confirmation that didn't show receipt of the $58. We showed up for our tour and the woman Carla told us it had been cancelled because of weather and that our money would be refunded. A week later, no refund. 3 weeks later and I have sent 3 emails with no response, tried contacting them through their online form with no response, tried calling their 800 number four times (no answer) and have opened a dispute with Paypal over this but they won't get involved because they didn't show that I had paid the deposit in the reservation confirmation. They DO NOT HONOR their own refund policy. We paid, we showed up, THEY cancelled and now I'm out $58.

The first reef was great I think it was the Palancar one. The water was like 10 feet deep and very clear and calm. The second one I think Colombia reef was not so great. It was like 25 feet deep, darker and rough water. Whenever I had to readjust my snorkel gear, I'd get out from underneath but the waters were so rough, I would take in so much water by mouth, and get dizzy from being thrown around. The guide didn't do much to help this either but slow down a little. The last stop was also not so good which sucked because it's the ultimate destination for this tour, el Cielo beach. The waters were so rough, we couldn't bring the boat close to the beach so we had to swim to it. On the beach, the water was very rough and it would pull me out when I sat in the water. I threw up when we stopped the boat there. They took forever to get us out of it to the beach and the boat was rocking around too much. The boat itself is so small that rough waters make it unpleasant to ride in. When we were leaving for the excursion, people were late and they had us go back to pick up one more person 10 minutes after we left. That was uncool.

**** DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY*** I reserved online for 4 people. $116 paid through Paypal. Our tour was cancelled by Karla over the phone the same day of the tour. I was supposed to get refunded and I am still waiting for my deposit. Nobody answers my phone calls, message or emails. I already initiated a dispute with paypal and as soon as i get home i will open another one with my credit card company.

We had fun snorkling with these guys, we were picked up from the ferry and took us to the beach, It was a bit windy so we didn't see a lot of fish and saw some starfish, they give out guacamole and nachos so the expreince is good. Notice that the return point is not the point of origin.
