★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una hermosa iglesia clásica, construida con piedra y mortero, enclavada en la región zoque, se festejan a San Bartolome Apostol siendo el santo patrono del pueblo se hace una feria en su honor a finales de agosto, por otro lado igual se festeja al Cristo Negro de Esquipulas, realizandose una pequeña feria a mediados de enero. La iglesia cuenta con una puerta de cedro tallada a mano y áreas verdes aun costado.
It is a beautiful classical church, built with stone and mortar, nestled in the Zoque region, San Bartolome Apostol is celebrated as the patron saint of the town, a fair is held in his honor at the end of August, on the other hand Christ is also celebrated Negro de Esquipulas, holding a small fair in mid-January. The church has a hand-carved cedar door and green areas on the side.
