★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don´t book here! It is a fraud. We booked thru an app and when we arrived in Tulum, we never found the hotel. When we tried to call them, 3 different people answered in 3 different numbers and they were not able to help us. Do not trust in any of the properties under this name in Tulum. Its a scam! Our vacations to celebrate New Years Eve were completely ruined.
