★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend that you are very cautious about what is offered to you as they play let’s make a deal! Agreed to purchase a photo book and 50 photos from a photo shoot for $400. Was told if paying by credit card there would be a 5% service fee which we agreeed to. Then when we were being charged we were told that we would be charged in pesos at a much higher exchange rate. We agreed to the price on US and was more when converted to pesos, asked to be charged the USD amount and was told the credit card machine can only charge in pesos!
Be very cautious! Very deceiving!

Eccually the Foto session was no so bad ,but when we came to chose and buy the pictures ,that was not ready ,by the way we was in time ,ok ,that’s not a big problem ,but I saw the pictures ,that’s just like pictures I can get prom my phone .that is not professional ,no any work on it .I was so sad ,because vacation is done ,and I did have that professional Foto I was need for my wedding album ….Price was 20$for picture ,not professional …..??
I was expect they will edit the photos with profession person ,but ……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased pictures here with my wife while staying at Barcelò Maya.
The workers would walk around the resort with various animals and let you hold them and/or take pictures with them. The animals on the leashes looks funky in the pictures in my opinion, and it does look a little sad, but the animals do also seem happy. We decided to get the pictures taken anyways because we werent sure if we would have another chance to have an encounter with these animals. It was great to get to hold the little monkey, he was soft and fuzzy and friendly.
The photos did turn out great and the workers were professional and friendly the entire time. The photos are heavily overpriced, but that is what you can expect in any tourist destination I suppose.
All in all, I would purchase photos from this company again
