Preparamos unos tortellini rellenos de jamón serrano ***riquísimos*** , pero también ofrecen opciones vegetarianas. Fue una experiencia increíble - no puedo recomendarles lo suficiente.
I had a great time! Its ingredients are great and its mega recommended courses, they teach you everything very clearly and make you feel that you can do everything.
We prepare some tortellini stuffed with serrano ham *** delicious ***, but they also offer vegetarian options. It was an amazing experience - I cannot recommend it highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un taller underground en medio de Polanco, donde puedes ir a comer una deliciosa pasta y otros antojos y si quieres puedes aprender a hacer tu pasta desde cero!!! Se los súper recomiendo.
También si quieres llevar pasta fresca para cocinar en tu casa es una súper opción.
An underground workshop in the middle of Polanco, where you can go to eat a delicious pasta and other cravings and if you want you can learn to make your pasta from scratch !!! I highly recommend them.

Ya sea para comer rápido entre semana, para organizar una cena especial o para tomar un taller, Pastificio ofrece las 3 Bs (bueno, bonito, barato) y logra que además, se sienta como una experiencia exclusiva. Un gran lugar para la gente que disfruta cocinar, pero también para los que disfrutan que les cocinen. Además puedes comprar pasta fresca y otros goodies para comer delicioso en casa. Si Polanco fuera el Oceano Atlántico, Pastificio es el collar que aventó la viejita del Titanic (o sea, en mi humilde piñón, una joya invaluable!).
Hidden in the bowels of the sometimes overwhelming Polanquito, there is this cozy little place. Whether it is to eat quickly during the week, to organize a special dinner or to take a workshop, Pastificio offers the 3 Bs (good, nice, cheap) and also makes it feel like an exclusive experience. A great place for people who enjoy cooking, but also for those who enjoy being cooked for them. You can also buy fresh pasta and other goodies to eat delicious at home. If Polanco were the Atlantic Ocean, Pastificio is the necklace that the old lady threw off the Titanic (that is, in my humble pinion, an invaluable jewel!).

He ido a tomar clases de pasta, comer y cenar, y nunca deja de sorprenderme. De verdad lo super recomiendo!
A unique experience in the city. Its location is a "speakeasy" type in the heart of Polanquito with a super nice and relaxed atmosphere. The food is worthy of an Italian nonna and the service impeccable.
I've been to pasta classes, lunch and dinner, and it never ceases to amaze me. I really recommend it!
