★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi carro entro a diagnostico el viernes 8 de abril. Diagnostico que se nos dijo que tomaría de 24-72 hrs.
Hoy se cumplen las 72 hrs (sin tomar en cuenta el domingo, claro) y no tenemos diagnóstico.
Cuando se compro el carro se nos dijo que en estos casos se presta un auto, para que no se quede uno inmovilizado, cosa que no es vdd ya que no han hecho un análisis para saber cuantos carros necesitan de acuerdo a los que tienen en servicio técnico.
No tengo carro en que movilizarme ni diagnostico. El gerente con
Pésima actitud de servicio solo me dijo y espérese que si no hay refacción aquí estará su carro por 3 meses y hay lista de espera para préstamo de automóvil de mes y medio.
Muy insatisfecha con el carro (tengo 5 meses con el carro) y con el servicio!

La camioneta empezó a fallar de un momento a otro. Entiendo que tienen lleno, pero me obligaron a llevarme la camioneta a la agencia de Avila Camacho con riesgo a mi persona de que pase algo en el camino o simplemente me deje tirado. No pedía revisaran la camioneta en el momento. Si me hubieran dicho que podían revisarla dentro de 10 días no hubiera tenido problema. Pero me pusieron en riesgo al no aceptarla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención, verdaderamente no sé cómo contratan a empleados tan incapaces y poco preparadas.
Desafortunadamente cometí el error de comprar un auto que tenía infinidad de anomalías, a lo que no me enteraron de ello hasta el día de entrega. Por lo que les hice saber mi inconformidad y me recibieron el auto para "repararlo". Sin embargo, hasta el día de hoy no le pueden dar solución y ningún empleado recibe mis llamadas, tengo que ir fisicamente para poder saber al respecto. Ha pasado más tiempo el auto en reparación, siendo un auto nuevo, que lo que he hecho uso de él.
Están completamente descalificados para ofrecer atención al cliente.
Si alguna persona está interesada en comprar un auto aquí, les recomiendo que mil veces elijan cualquier opción en el mercado.
