Everyone who knows me knows that Pilates is an essential part of my life, in this study with Adán and Cassandra I find a different experience every day, despite being 11 years old here, every morning is a challenge and that helps me to grow, on the other hand the preparation they have not only as instructors but also in the physiotherapy part makes me feel safe and confident with my spine surgery, this is no longer a class for me, it is part of my life, and they I feel like family.

Since I discovered healthy pilates 15 years ago, with the teacher Adan González, my health changed radically. For me, Pilates is all about meditation. El profesor Adán y Cassandra como siempre muy profesionales y atentos a todo. Diario es un reto y diario mi hija y yo salimos muy satisfechas. Gracias Pilates & Salud!
