Wow! Blown away! It’s been a long time since we have had traditional pizza dough that competes with the real stuff this restaurant delivers just that! The space is an intimate and charming courtyard with murals painting by the owner himself, we ordered aperol spritz, pizza appetizer and pasta and Italian sausage, all absolutely fantastic, simple and fresh ingradients. Bonus the owner , Marcos, who is from Italy was so welcoming , checking in on every table and having conversations with everyone, making recommendations and cracking many jokes really added a wonderful touch to the whole experience. One of our favourite dining experiences in PV And certainly the most authentic Italian, and we have been to La Capella and Casa Kimberly, we respectfully think they pail in comparison this this charming little Versaille eatery, this is a must try for all the foodies out there!

Best Italian restaurant in all of Mexico, I didn't had better pizza like this since Italy, the vibe at the place is incredible and the owner know how to welcome the client and the guests. 100/10 would visit again we I'm at Puerto Vallarta.

Amazing food in an even better atmosphere. I came to Pizzeria Fiamma alone, and on some recommendations. I sat at the bar, because I was solo. The owner interacts with all of the patrons. He knows many by name. Wonderful live music. Great portions. The owner makes you feel like part of the family. I wanted good pizza, and I was shocked with some of the best I have ever had, and definitely the best in Mexico! I will be a regular customer!

Met by a handsome Italian.. Started with the Apple Spritz. I had the Mar Pasta, was a little spicy but, still good. My friend had the Ravioli with a delicious Mushroom Sauce. Ended me with a shot of Zambuca. Will go again...

Food is Ok! Nothing to write home about. The music on Mondays is so much better than the food. Ambiance is brilliant! Grand voice, small chica! Amazing operatic voice, steels the show. Desperately needs a wine list. Glad I brought my own wine!

I mentioned before I don’t give out five stars easily and only a handful restaurants is worthy of five stars in my opinion. I don’t think I’ve ever explain the logic behind my star ratings so here it is… One star means horrible. Two, not wasting my time again. Three is kind of neutral, no surprises. Four means I might go back if I happen to be near and doesn’t have any other interesting food to try. Five stars however, is a restaurant I would definitely recommend and make a special trip to try other dishes again. I don’t usually go back to a restaurant twice during my travels unless it absolutely blows my mind. The reason is very simple. I have limited time in my travels. There are too many different foods to try and too little tummy space. ? So if I tell anyone who knew me that I had three dinners at Pizzeria Fiamma in the last 8 days they will probably think I have gone nuts. I seldom eat Italian food outside of Italy simply because most Italian food are always over tomatoey, over cheesy and over garlicky. ? One reason we keep going back to Pizzeria Fiamma is that somebody loves pizza and their pizza with Italian sausage and mushrooms keeps calling him back. ? If you have the kind of pizza you’ll get in US or UK in mind you will probably be surprised. All his pizzas are cooked in a wood fire oven. Their dough is not like New York style, California thin crust nor Chicago deep dish style. It is more pillowy and softer. Very thin in the middle and airy on the edge so it puff up nicely. It has a very light tomato sauce and fresh cheese but the flavour of fresh mushrooms and fennel seeds from the homemade Italian sausage pops in your mouth. Do eat fast though or it’ll get soggy in the middle. Chef Marco, from Pescara, clearly takes pride in his cooking. He will personally introduce his special of the day. If you have the impression that Italian food is always heavy with cheese and tomato sauce you will have a new perspective after you try his food. Chef Marco’s food represents the kind of home cooking you will experience in Italy. Gamberi & Piselli is spicy shrimps with vegetables. Fresh shrimps is cooked to perfection on a bed of peas, beans and cherry tomatoes. The sauce is light and refreshing. Pasta di Mare is thick pasta with fresh shrimp, clams, squid and vegetables tossed in a light tomato sauce. Isalata di Gamberi is shrimps in pesto sauce, skewered with vegetables, baked in wood fire oven and served on a bed of freshly mix salad. The choice of different greens, red onion and pineapple with its light and refreshing dressing is a clever delightful combination. Dessert we tried Tiramisu, Cannoli and Lemon Pie. They are all presented beautifully with berries and mint leaves. They are all very good but my personal favourite is Tiramisu. The desserts are served with a shot of Sambuca with a few coffee beans floating in it. I always say simple food is good food. Chef Marco is talented not only in the way he plays with his flavours but also the way he respect his ingredients. No dish is over seasoned. All very clean flavours. Everything is made in house. He even grow his own herbs. Every dish is timed. I tried three different seafood dishes and they are all cooked to perfection. Bravo! ?

The best pizza and pasta I’ve ever had in Mexico and it’s not even close. Owner and staff are very nice, great ambiance to be had in their massive outdoor patio and garden. Everything is made in house right down to the herbs which makes the taste really stand out. Pizzas start at 140 pesos, pasta 200 pesos which is very reasonable for The massive portions you receive. I recommend reserving a table for Sunday evening as they were packed around 7PM. Salute!

This place is amazing. The owner is a cool funny person with great suggestions. Since we were the last to dine we was also able to witness the boss sitting at a big table with all his hard working staff and have dinner together and good talks which is nice that everyone is like family not just another worker like here in the states. Moving on to the food and menu, we ordered many things to try out and they were awesome ? the presentation, taste and texture was so good I'm still day dreaming about it. My most favorite was my salmon dinner so delicious and cook just right. Great atmosphere for gathering with friends and family or your love ones. Service was always attentive and there when you need it. We had a great time thanks and looking forward to going back again when in PV.
