Regresamos la llamada una hora después y nos dijeron que no existió el pedido. En lugar de buscar una solución culpan al cliente. Pésimo servicio.
We waited more than two hours for an order that never arrived. We spoke 1 hour after the order and they confirmed that it had already left the home. We returned the call an hour later and they told us that the request did not exist. Instead of looking for a solution, they blame the customer. Terrible service.
