Mazorca en Arte y en tercera dimensión. Ésta pintura la creó Katherine Maseda; y junto a la obra se puede apreciar una mazorca real de cacao forastero recién cortada. También un costalito de tablillas de chocolate listas para preparar a la taza.

Highly recommend!! What a wonderful surprise and experience. Women run and operated. We learned so much and made our own chocolate from scratch. Do the whole experience not a mini part of a tour if you have time. Our adult kids loved it and worth every penny. ??

We decided to do the whole tour which included making chocolate. It was very informative and interesting. And a lot of fun! I would highly recommend this tour. Well worth the price (500 pesos) and the time (one and a half hours).

Amazing tour to learn how chocolate is made from ground to table! We did the full experience and got to peel, grind and form our own chocolate bars. We loved the experience! Can easily walk back to the main road to get a taxi again.

We loved our experience at Planeta Cacao and highly recommend it. The history, learning about the trees, and then making our own chocolates was fabulous!

The tour at Planeta Cacao was one of The highlights of my trip to Puerto Vallarta. It was about a 45 minute taxi ride from Central PV. They helped call a taxi to bring me back to PV. After a short tour, we began making chocolate! We started by taking the shell off the roasted cacao beans. Then, we ground the beans, and after adding sugar molded them into chocolate bars. This was such an authentic experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. I HIGHLY recommend!

Early March, I went to this beautiful place for a tour by Laura & Alma. It was very easy to reach by public transport from Sayulita. It was very insightful and enjoyable and I really loved tasting the fresh cacao pulp, making my own cacao and the lovely conversation with the ladies. You can really see a lot of care and love has gone into this place. And the cacao knows this too. The trees are happy there. ? Well recommended!! Bring enough cash for the fantastic shop too, with chocolate items and beautiful handmate clothing!
