EL peor fraccionamiento de la bahía , las casas se inundan de aguas negras, hay goteras por toda la casa, no cumplen garantías, no hay alumbrado público por la vialidad mezcales-Paraiso Vallarta..... El personal de ventas te engaña al momento de vender, por que te venden un coto con áreas comunes (albercas y jardines) para que sean compartidos con cierto numero de casas y al momento de la compra resulta que esas áreas se van a compartir con muchísimas casas..... ES UN FRAUDE, FRAUDE , FRAUDE.......... Estamos en tramite legal ante INFONAVIT Y PROFECO...
