★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This doesnt appear to be much of a market. We went on a tuesday, apparently one day after market day (monday), and there was hardly anything available. We were looking for meats, eapecially fish, and found nothing. We were also shocked at how little street food there was available. Perhaps we should have went on a monday for a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the markets on the streets. Planning to reside there with my husband and my in-laws. I just love the people there. I'm going to absolutely love living in Pochutla!!! Planning to open my own business there with my husband. If you come to Pochutla go to central. Walk the streets. Talk to the people. You will never want to leave! Can't wait for my move.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on a Monday which is the day to go. There was lots of fruit and vegetable stands. We got some already cut up fruit which was very convenient. We also got to watch the Mexican dance show which was great. We also picked up a basketball at one of the stores and played a quick game of basketball in the covered outdoor gym right beside where the stage was for the show, near the Pochutla sign
