Sent us to the ER at the hospital who said we need a podiatrist, not an ER doctor. The Podiatrist said to reschedule but won't answer my wife's phone. We switched to my phone and they answered immediately and said they'd call me back to reschedule. They didn't. We took him to Zanepie Podóloga in Versailles. She was wonderful. We were in and out in 10 minutes with no issues. My one star rating is generous.

I have gone to 2 doctors in the US and I in Puerto Vallarta with no success. While in Puerto Vallarta, I made an appointment with Krethel Cortes because of recommendations on her website. I just went to her office, and she fit me in that day. She immediately recognized my problem. I had an ingrown toe nail and she preceded to treat it. She said within a week it would be almost totally healed. She was right! I followed her instructions on how to care for my toe. I saw her 4 times. She was even kind enough to come before her normal hours to accommodate my schedule. I cannot thank her enough! My toe feels great!!

My wife, who was very nervous about having her in-grown toenail attended to, was able to have the process done quickly and painlessly. We were staying at the nearby Marriott when it was really bothering her. I emailed Krethel from her website asking if we could be seen the next day. She responded quickly and we were seen in the morning. The whole process took a few minutes. We highly recommend her!
