- Factura (Debe de estar debidamente sellada. En caso de que al reverso lleve algún texto en donde conste que es una copia fiel de la factura, etc., tiene que llevar nombre, firma y cargo. Además de los sellos de la tienda). Si falta algún sello, no procede el trámite.
- IFE de la persona que es propietaria del vehículo.
- Comprobante de domicilio (luz, agua, teléfono, estado de cuenta bancario) a nombre del propietario del vehículo o moto.
Si el comprobante no está a nombre del propietario del vehículo, se debe de escribir en el comprobante lo siguiente: "Hago constar que la persona (nombre completo del propietario del vehículo) vive en este domicilio". Junto con nombre completo y firma de la persona que aparece en el comprobante de domicilio. Además, llevar IFE original de la persona a nombre de quien está el comprobante de domicilio.
TODOS LOS DOCUMENTOS EN ORIGINAL, NO SE PIDE NINGUNA COPIA.
TO PLACE:

Nadie sabe nada, nadie da informes.
Los encargados de "atender" andan en en Nextel de aquí para allá. Sin uniforme, sin gafete, sin una identificación oficial ni nada.
Atienden peor que escritorio público de mercado, en una mesita de plástico.
Haces fila por Hora y Media sólo para que te revisen los papeles, y si algo está mal, ya perdiste todo el día.
Sólo hasta entonces.
He venido ya 5 días. Y siempre es lo mismo.
Para colmo, sólo atienden a 40 personas al día. Si llegaste, hiciste fila y esperaste, ya te dicen que vengas mañana.
Terrible attention and vehicle placement service.
No one knows anything, no one gives reports.
Those in charge of "attending" walk in Nextel from here to there. No uniform, no badge, no official ID or anything.
They serve worse than a public market desk, on a plastic table.
You stand in line for an hour and a half just to have your papers checked, and if something is wrong, you've already wasted all day.
Only until then.
I have been here for 5 days. And it is always the same.
To top it off, they only serve 40 people a day. If you arrived, you stood in line and waited, they already tell you to come tomorrow.
