★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La última vez que había ido fue antes de la pandemia. Después de tanto tiempo, volví a ir y quedé un tanto decepcionado. Las guarniciones de jícama o naranja o pepinos, ya no se dan ni a título personal. Entiendo el tema de pandemia, pero de plano las quitaron sin agotar opciones. El pollo no tan bien como otros días. Ya no sentí la diferencia en el sabor entre otras opciones y ésta, y por supuesto, bastante más elevados sus precios. Ojalá retomen el concepto de antes de la pandemia con el tema de guarniciones y que sea alguien del propio personal quien las despache para evitar contagios.
 The last time I had gone was before the pandemic. After so long I went back and was a bit disappointed. The garnishes of jicama or orange or cucumbers, are no longer given or personally. I understand the pandemic issue, but they were flatly removed without exhausting options. Chicken not as good as other days. I no longer felt the difference in taste between other options and this one, and of course, their prices were much higher. Hopefully they return to the concept of before the pandemic with the issue of garrisons and that it be someone from the staff who dispatches them to avoid contagion.

Good car service. The food is delicious and at a fair price. The potatoes are fine and the quesadillas are a gem.

Sin embargo ofrecen en el menú "verduras asadas", cuando en realidad son cebollas y cuaresmeños al comal y eso confunde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El sabor del pollo sigue siendo muy rico,pero las guarniciones que incluía el paquete han cambiado tanto (en tamaño de porción) que me decepciona cada vez más: ya no se puede llenar el contenedor de las cebollas y chiles, las tortillas, aunque son a mano, ya no saben igual, los totopos está durísimos.
The taste of the chicken is still very good, but the side dishes included in the package have changed so much (in portion size) that I am more and more disappointed: you can no longer fill the container with the onions and chilies, the tortillas, although they are by hand, they no longer taste the same, the tortilla chips are very hard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy acudí y me dejo un muy mal sabor de boca. Entiendo que por la contingencia ya no tengan el servicio de ensaladas. Pero ahora ya te venden el pollo por pieza y entero para llevar. Ya no tienen las parrillas donde te ponían el pollo para comer ahí y además de todo te cobran todo aparte. Se volvió muy caro y nada rico como lo era antes. Ojalá regresen a como estaban. Es una lástima por que era un buen lugar. Paso de tener lleno a estar vacío
Today I went and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. I understand that due to the contingency they no longer have the salad service. But now they already sell you the chicken by the piece and whole to take away. They no longer have the grills where they put the chicken to eat there and besides everything they charge you everything separately. It became very expensive and not rich as it was before. Hopefully they return to how they were. It's a shame it was a good place. I go from being full to being empty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for grilled-charbroiled chicken, with somehow accessible prices and plenty of sides to choose from, they include french fries, guacamole, quesadillas, coleslaw salad among others, staff is very servicial and friendly, overall great experience, a definite must for chicken lovers.
