★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apenas terminaron de remodelar el ayuntamiento y se encuentra limpio. A pesar de la cuarentena sigue en función al 40% y para realizar tramites hay que formarse, les recomiendo ir temprano para que no vayan a las prisas.

No respetan a las personas que vamos a hacer trámites con ellos porque no tenemos mayor opción (cartilla militar, etc.).
En la parte de cartillas de servicio militar, fue especialmente molesto tratar con la mujer encargada del trámite, quien parece que hace su trabajo por la fuerza y trata mal a todos.
Like any government agency (or almost all), it has a very bad service for any procedure.
They do not respect the people who are going to do paperwork with them because we have no choice (military record, etc.).
In the part of military service records, it was especially annoying to deal with the woman in charge of the procedure, who seems to be doing her job by force and treating everyone badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como en todo servicio público hay fallas en la calidad de atención, tal pareciera que nos hacen un favor en atendernos con calidad, cuando de nuestros impuestos se mantiene el municipio, su personal, sus obras y servicios se que todos somos humanos pero si no haces tu trabajo con entrega pues mejor búsquense otro.
As in any public service there are failures in the quality of care, it seems that they do us a favor in serving us with quality, when our taxes are maintained by the municipality, its staff, its works and services, I know that we are all human but if you do not do your work with dedication then better find another one.
