★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst car rental agency of Cancun. I hope noone else will fall for their trap. I booked them through Expedia, thinking that because Expedia is the intermediary, it would be safe.
Landed in Cancun. Kept calling them. Someone finally picked the phone up on the third try. 15 mins later, I was picked up and taken to their “office”. Black windowed, no sign, one person place. After having had my my passport and my driver’s license scanned, in a handwritten note scribbled on a piece of paper I am told I have to take one of three insurances. The cheapest one is 150USD. More than the car rental itself. I declined, asked to be taken back to the airport. Found a car from Hertz, less than the Expedia-Priceless car, including insurance. This is a scam, a fraud which knowingly or not Expedia is tarnishing its brand name and image with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exactly as the other reviews....this place is nothing short of extortion as they know your booking cannot be refunded so they make up prices and say the paid for insurance on expedia is not accepted.. They told me I had to pay $2760 for insurance and deposit and my rental is not able to be cancelled.....I was renting for 2 weeks....I have complained to expedia also. In 25 years of renting cars this is the low point....please do not rent with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give no stars. BIGGEST FRAUD COMPANY. out to get the foreigners. I had my reservation booked through Expedia and I had bought full coverage insurance as well. They still asked me to buy a second insurance through them and additional $600 US dollars as deposit. I would stay away from them at all cost.
The location I went to was just outside the airport, no inside the airport like they lied on the Expedia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID! I booked a rental car with Priceless through Expedia. Not only did they fail to pick me up at the airport as promised, the address for this place on Expedia was way off. This resulted in $40 in taxi fees and a waste of an hour and half. [Note: the company is located in a business plaza called Plaza Centralia]
I was then surprised with a $150 “obligatory” insurance fee. The deposit was $2,000 which was steep for a dingy car.
Speaking of which, the car was dirty and the decal with the name of the car was removed (suspicious). There wasn’t even an usb charger. The gas tank was completely empty when I picked it up.
In summary: Avoid. Pay more for a better rental car from a reputable car agency.

We had to rent through another company. And now they are refusing to refund us for the services that were not provided!! BEWARE!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first trip to Mexico and renting a car from you immediately spoiled my first impression and mood. I booked a car with you through the Expedia website, paid $150 US for the car and $121 US for insurance + taxes. When I arrived at your office, I was told that I had to pay another $60 US for the car and another $270 US for insurance, as you do not accept insurance from Expedia. This is a scam, deceit and scam customers for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through car rental app, confirmation was give, upon arrival I was told I had to wait atleast 24 hours to confirm my rental. Meanwhile I was explained that I NEEDED to buy insurance with them because it was part of regulations and policies from Cancun. This is NOT TRUE!! PLEASE BE AWARE that it is NOT a must!!! I do not recommend this agency at all!!! Waste of time!!! They ask for 500 of deposit which is really high compare to other car rentals!! This agency should be taken off from rental partnerships such as Expedia, booking, car rentals etc ...

I have never had such a horrible experience. From the over an hr waiting for them at the airport yo their Extremely Dirty vehicles, poor customer service and rudeness of the employees.
We changed car 3 times before leaving their location because how gross, damaged and non-functional their inventory is.
