Private Transportation Riviera Maya - 77712 Playa del Carmen

I ran into some scheduling issues on my trip but Anselmo the owner of the business and Ricardo the driver really helped me out and made sure I got to my destination and got squared away. My initial plan was to take the bus to Playa Del Carmen from Cancun and then catch a cab to my Airbnb. Had I done that I would have been screwed. Ricardo, my driver, went above and beyond and helped me contact the Airbnb host so I could get in the house. Had I just taken the bus that would have cost me extra time and there is no way to know if the taxi cab driver would have helped me get in contact with the Airbnb host like Ricardo did. I can not thank Private Transportation Riviera Maya enough. I will most likely be using them on future trips because their service was excellent. If you are looking for a transportation service, just pick these guys. They will get you where you need to go with no stress.

Amazing and so easy to work with! We had to change pick up times at the last minute and our driver, Ricardo, was able to accommodate. Every driver was excellent and super knowledgeable about the the area. Will be using this company in the future!

My family used Private Transportation for transfers from the Cancun Airport to Playa del Carmen on March 22. Ricardo was our driver. He’s friendly, professional and a wealth of knowledge about all things Playa del Carmen. He speaks Spanish, English, Germain and French so he’s a tremendous asset to Private Transportation. Reliable, courteous and thoughtful. Our flight was late, the team at Private Transportation Riviera Maya waited more than 2h for my extended family and I. The driver was easy to find with clear signage and very polite and helpful with the transfer from the airport to the hotel. Strongly recommended!

The only transportation service to use! I emailed for service with short notice (shame on me). They were amazing from e-mail communication, to booking and paying online (website is super easy to use)and then the actual service! The driver was waiting, van was clean and driver was friendly and a great driver. I will only use going forward. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service! We utilized PTRM from Cancun to Playa del Carmen. They were efficient, timely, and extremely responsive. To top it off, we had an early flight which forced us to be picked up at 430AM and they delivered. We are extremely satisfied.
