Pro Dive International - Allegro Cozumel - Palancar

This is our 2nd time diving with Pro Dive at the Occidental and we love it here!! We are so happy to find dive masters who are passionate about the environment and aquatic life. They’re informative, caring, and a blast to hang out with outside of the Maire! Thank you Hans and Karina for another great trip to Cozumel! And thank you to Omar and Ronnie for getting us to the best spots in the sea. Much love!

My girlfriend and I dove with Prodive (Allegro) 05/07-05/11 and had an awesome time. Maggie and Leo were awesome with my girlfriend that was making her first ocean dives. Will surely be back to dive with them.

Amazing dive shop! We dove with Hans Karina and Sergio and had a great experience every time. The dive masters were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and cared about the quality of the dive. We saw so much marine life (eagle rays, sharks, barracudas) and really enjoyed the experience!

Stayed at Grand Occidental end of October and completed 11 dives with Ivana, Joel, Sergio, Sandra, Correy who were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Mylene, Xochil and Ximena (Melia) were incredibly nice and very helpful with any questions about diving and can not recommend them enough. Can not say enough how great of a trip they made it so much so me and my friend cancelled a July trip to Cozumel and rebooked with Prodive for 8 nights. Several others also rebooked with prodive and Grand Occidental after our recommendation. The harbor is about 20 feet away from the shop and you get ready and walk onto the boat with ease. The boat staff was great daily and they have fresh fruit in between dives. Recommend for new to experienced divers, wont be disappointed. Finally, couldn't wait till July so we will be back in January for the bullshark dives with Prodive.

We booked the Ultimate Dive Experience and stayed at Allegro. Day one we arrive to check in at dive shop. Asks if we have reservations. Told them we booked the deal online. The shop staff snickered at the UDE. Told us they had nothing going out due to weather. Then we watched the crew load 30 tanks on the pier out of their shop and load people up. We were told to come back Day 2 morning to see if they had any openings. Eager and first in line before they open. 2nd day Told the port was closed and no dives. Watched another 15 people go out. Day 3 same thing. And on day 4. Heard the chuckles in Spanish about UDE. We paid the extra money for dive package and 6 days didn't get one dive in with them. It appears that people with cash get treated better than those that pre book. Luckily we got in with Aldora in town and got some dives in last minute. We lost $500 + and not a single dive. Poorly ran and managed. My advice is to never book ahead. Get to a dive shop with cash in hand and you ll get on a boat. Cash is king in Mexico. Did I mention no refunds! Never ever ever do they give refunds. All the shops in town will come and pick u up on the pier at any resort. No reason to book this outfit cause they are on site.

We dove with Pro Dive International out of their shop located at the Occidental Resort. The experience was very professional from the start. Juan, the manager of the dive shop runs a tight ship and the service is top notch from every aspect. He really went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. He was always positive and helpful in every way he could, and it really made a huge difference in our experience compared to other dive shops we’ve used in the past. Our dive masters Sandra and Ruben were also awesome! So friendly and knowledgeable, really thorough in their briefings and ensured everyone was safe and having a good time. I also really appreciated how seriously they take the conservation of their reefs. These guys are real professionals through and through and I highly recommend this dive shop.

Pro dive at Allegro resort was very friendly. Highly recommended. Carlos aka chris the captain  Ricardo first mate and a top hand at everything  Javier my snorkel guide with a eagle eye and great teaching skill. Maggie the beautiful  and fun dive master made the scenery that much better. You can't go wrong using this company. Very professional and they really care about your safety.

I had five great dives with Pro Diver International in Cozumel. Alex, Victoria and Jona were awesome as guides, made sure everyone was safe and comfortable and took us to great sites everyday. The whole staff at the Allegro Hotel were nice and easy to work with. Will definitely dive with these guys again, can’t wait.
