A very nice and lovely place. Please get the room with a private pool. Outside to the left and right are restaurants and live music. 30 seconds to the beach. A.c. was on point and amazing when we were outside for a long time. Will come back soon.

Great value but place was not as described online. I stayed at this location during November of 2020. Pros: -The perfect location for being close to the main strip with lots of food and shopping options. -Rooftop pool was awesome. Cons: -Unlike how they advertise, there is NOT guaranteed parking. All parking is paid, even the hotel lot (~$6/day). The hotel parking is very small and difficult to get. Majority of days I had to park on the street with meter parking which made it difficult to be gone for the day because you can only pay 6 hours at one time. Luckily I was able to give money to the staff to pay my meter when I was gone on an all day excursion. -No beach outside of property. There is a beach but at the time of my visit the water level was high and the closest beach access was a few blocks away. Maybe this was due to the recent hurricane, but it was disappointing that we thought we had a beach access and then did not. -Room was lacking essentials such as: purified water, pots and pans for cooking (only came with 1 frying pan), no hand soap or dish soap or sponges to clean the dishes. When we asked for these things we were told that we were not staying at a hotel, but more like renting an apartment, and for this reason those amenities were not available. -No hot tub

Poorly mantained, apartment was cleaned just once in 7 days and after asking for it at the reception. We asked if they could review the room to be sure the deposit would be returned at the end of our stay, they told us we had to wait a few days. After a few days back home I see a charge in my credit card… Apartment 304, not recommended at all

Just a few amenities missing but overall very nice, close to the beach and the 5th avenue

We stayed in 3 different rooms while here and all were gross. Each smelled of mildew and mold and the AC was broken and they couldn't get a repair man out till the next day. The walls in the bathrooms are dark and dingy. When taking a shower and standing directly under the shower head you'll feel the drizzling water goes around your head so if you've got long hair good luck washing it before you run out of hot water.

Adequate experience slightly delapidated surroundings. While it is very close to the beach and offers great pool areas , their nickel and diming was all to obvious. Every little detail was am extra , with even gatekeeping available room internet. It wasn't about the cost just the poor experience. Some of the support staff were great (morning staff), while the evening staff offered no insight or details into the available services when checking in. I

A very relaxed location close to the sea and the accommodations were also very pleasant, always happy to come back :) I can only say great work and helpfulness about the service at the reception Greetings go out to David who works there very friendly and personable Greetings from Germany ;)

The people here are so nice always big smiles. Very organized, kept clean up to date repairs amazing location. The roof top pool overlooking the ocean Is huge. Great outdoor deck covered and uncovered. pool with two bars as well as elevator for easy access. I have stayed here many times. A mth here is absolute paradise. Near everything. Relaxed wild or mild. It’s on the best street I Playa 38th has lots of fantastic dining places to explore. And you are right beside the beach oh and OXO also in the building with everything you need . See you in April. Very close to the beach.
